15-day free trial
When you create your account, you get a 15-day free trial with no card required. During this period all Pro features are accessible. When the trial expires your menu goes offline until you subscribe to a plan.
The two plans
- Essentiel (€19/month or €15/month billed annually): 1 published QR menu, trilingual FR/NL/EN, unlimited live edits, statistics & top dishes, Google review funnel, unlimited photos & categories.
- Pro (€35/month or €29/month billed annually): everything in Essentiel, plus automatic AI translation, multiple menus (events, seasons), advanced statistics, no qartine branding, priority support.
Subscribing
From your dashboard, click « Subscription » in the side menu, then « Change plan ». You can also subscribe directly from the qartine home page via the « Subscribe now » button. Choose your plan and billing cycle (monthly or annual — annual saves up to 21%) then complete payment via Stripe.
Managing and cancelling your subscription
Click « Manage payment » in the top bar (or the equivalent button on the Subscription tab) to open the Stripe billing portal. From this portal you can update your payment method, download your invoices and cancel your subscription. Accepted payment methods are cards and digital wallets: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
